Hammerline Press is a trade name of IncorpLab LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why.

Data we collect

Name and email address you provide at checkout or when joining our notification list
Order data: product, amount, currency, tax, order status, and download activity
Ad campaign parameters (UTM tags) from the link you arrived on
Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies, only if you accept cookies

Launch offer emails

When you unlock the launch price we collect your first name and email address, with your consent, to reserve your price and send your launch price link plus up to two reminder emails before it expires. We stop the reminders when you buy. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email support@hammerlinepress.com. A small cookie remembers your offer on this device.

Payment processor

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

Email provider

We use a third-party email delivery provider to send your download link and order emails.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers that run this service: our website hosting and database providers, Paddle (payments), our email delivery provider, and Meta (only if you accept cookies).

Cookies

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. It loads only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing your browser's site data.

Data deletion and your rights

To access, correct, or delete your data, email privacy@hammerlinepress.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may keep order records where required by law.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed for legal and tax purposes. Offer and notification-list data is deleted on request or when no longer needed.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
